               SCHEDULE OF SUB COMMITTEE MEETINGS 2017

 

I propose that we prepare a schedule of sub-committee meetings something along the lines of the table below and that a finalised schedule will be adopted at February’s Council meeting.

REASON:

• Improve our effectiveness as managing body.

• Share Workload.

• Involve non council members.

• Bring people to Bar – they will likely stay for a drink.

• It is better for policy decisions to be considered by smaller targeted groups and conclusion brought back to 19 person Council.

FORMAT:

• Meetings to start at 9.00pm and last no longer than 1 Hour.

• Conclusions to be recorded free hand and uploaded to the website for council executive body to consider before.
