The purpose of this procedure is to ensure the procedures put in place are adhered to as and when there is a change of convenor and any changes to green fee rates or guidelines by order of council.

This procedure is applicable to green fee convenor and all members of council.

Responsibilities to ensure the procedures are being adhered to lie with the green fee convenor, course ranger, and staff employed in the shop and bar.

All green fee rates will be agreed at 1st Council Meeting of the year.

The Green Fees Convenor must change the rates on the BRS system,

Banking must be carried out bi-monthly and before the end of each month; during the high season banking can become more frequent. Please ensure large quantities of cash are not left in the shop for safety reasons.

All payment made by card must be noted in green fee spread sheet see attached. These figures will then be pass onto the Treasure and also the Accountant at the end of October to be included in the end of year green fee accounts.

Green fee tickets must be issued for all green fees and vouchers.
